The room was nice but...

Liked: I like the location because it is close to my work.
Disliked: I have stayed here several times and the front desk staff seems disorganized and can be very unprofessional.

Liked: It was clean and room ready on time,
Disliked: It took a long time to check in, the gentleman helping me seemed to be very confused or didn’t know how to do the check in… then the next day when I had already left I got a call from the hotel because the guy had accidentally deleted my credit card so I had to give the lady my credit card number info on the phone… I really hate disclosing that kind of information on the phone.

Liked: I really liked the good breakfast and the room was really nice with a walk in shower.

Get better housekeeping staff

Liked: Bed was comfortable, room was clean, big screen tv
Disliked: No hairdryer in the bathroom, noisy people in room next door at 3:30am, room wasn't even ready by 3pm check in, had to wait till after 4pm, then key card didn't work in the door, had ro go back ti the front desk for that, they switched me to a different room, not enough housekeeping staff to clean rooms to be available on time

Liked: The price was good and the staff was friendly,
Disliked: The walk in shower curtain was outside of the shower base and the bathroom and hallway flooded when the shower was used. It was at night when I showered. We are seniors and not able to bend down and clean up the flood. The hotel was manned by only one person and she said she couldn’t leave the front desk to come help or bring towels. At checkout I complained to the manager and she just said, yes, I know about it, I don’t know why the built them that way. Also the hot tub was not working, the keys would not turn on. Also, a police truck was in the parking lot every day with its lights on. It made us uncomfortable and concerned we were I. A high crime hotel.

Okay but not the best

Liked: Nice room, comfortable beds, close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: I didn’t like that my kids had to be so far away from me. My shower was dirty and the fridge kept me up most the night.

Liked: Walk in shower, comfortable beds, lighted mirror and coffee bar. We had an exceptional view of the river.Price for the night! Fantastic!
