Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: TV was not connected to any channels. Tried to use my Playstation instead for streaming but then the wi-fi wouldn't allow it to connect. No drinking water in the room.

Liked: I loved the river view!

Liked: I was taking monthly business trips and stayed here for a week at a time on several occasions. Overall, the front desk staff is very unprofessional and the building needs a lot of repairs, such as doors, pool area, etc. Subsequently, I have decided to stay at another facility moving forward.

Liked: the breakfast was fine and convenient. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It's a basic hotel so I had limited expectations, but it still felt expensive.

The room was nice but...

Liked: I like the location because it is close to my work.
Disliked: I have stayed here several times and the front desk staff seems disorganized and can be very unprofessional.

Liked: It was clean and room ready on time,
Disliked: It took a long time to check in, the gentleman helping me seemed to be very confused or didn’t know how to do the check in… then the next day when I had already left I got a call from the hotel because the guy had accidentally deleted my credit card so I had to give the lady my credit card number info on the phone… I really hate disclosing that kind of information on the phone.

Superb

Liked: I really liked the good breakfast and the room was really nice with a walk in shower.
