Disappointing

Liked: It was nice up front
Disliked: The pool was cold.The bathroom wasn't bigger than a small closet. The breakfast was very bad. The pancake machine was broken.

Superb

Liked: Clean and plenty of amenities.
Disliked: Some toiletries were empty, such as body wash

Perfect

Liked: The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was convenient, and the hotel is perfectly located near all the shops.
Disliked: The stay was great overall, but the bathroom in my room was really tiny. While it's not something that can be easily changed, it was a bit of a tight squeeze.

Basic but comfortable

Liked: I feel very comfortable staying in the the holiday inn. The food, fruits, drinks are all very nice. Bed is comfi as well. Overall i am very satisfied.
Disliked: There is no kettle in the room nor in the hotel.

We really enjoyed it!

Liked: Was clean and close to a-lot of shops and restaurants! The greeting at reception was A1 they were so nice!
Disliked: Saturday morning the maid changed my towels and thats it, no replacing an extra coffee pod and dud not fix the beds!! Sunday morning the coffee and breakfast was cold and missing to refill the foods!But Thursday 26, Friday 27 & Saturday 28 breakfast was fantastic!!

Liked: The staff hospitality. Location is very good to go shopping. Reasonable breakfast variety.

Liked: Comfortable room. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Walk in shower had a bit of pink mold, and some of the corners were black. A small amount of Clorox could clean that and disinfect at the same time. Hallways and main lobby area were very cold, as well as the breakfast area, which was very, very small in comparison to the amount of hotel guests.A wall fan between the main elevator and front lobby was blowing out very cold air every time we walked by.
