Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: No heat in the bathroom!! When you close the door to shower it was pretty nippy

Disliked: dirty rooms ,staff was not very friendly .under staffed.

Very comfortable totally recommend.

Liked: The location is central. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean.
Disliked: The ground floor rooms are less spacious then the upper floors. Towels are limited.

Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small. The toilet was practically in the shower. In addition, they used a very loud leaf blower to remove a dusting of snow outside our window at 7am! How about a shovel?

Nice hotel, we will stay...

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff was attentive. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Loved the Dove soap and body lotion.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t very good. Very processed foods. Husband didn’t even want to have the included breakfast after our first day there. Shower/bathroom was very small. If you are an obese person I don’t think you will fit behind the door to close it when trying to use the toilet.
