Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.
Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Liked: The room was amazing, my first time being in a hotel room!! The beds were super comfortable, lighting was very good.Tv is able to turn any direction so if you want to watch at the desk or somewhere else in the room you can!Has a small fridge to store food and drinks, phones to call front desk or other numbers.They also have a microwave in the room too, the employees are extremely nice and helpful!The only thing I think was under my expectations was the breakfast, it's not bad but I feel with the lack of bacon and a little under seasoned for my liking, but still good, but that's the only thing I'd change is the breakfast! Loved my first time in pittsburgh and a hotel room! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
