Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.
Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Incredible and very much exceeded...
Liked: Location was incredible. Quick and easy drive from the dahn tahn and western outskirts of the city. Also was just a nice quiet area with alot of food and drink options.
Disliked: Breakfast area was super busy and a little small to accommodate all the people passing through but it was manageable.

Rude staff
Disliked: Our stay was fine until we had to deal with the staff. One of our kids got sick and my wife had to stay in the hotel for another two nights until she got better. Before leaving for the airport with our other daughter early in the morning, I asked the front desk to extend our stay for two additional nights, which they assured me they did. The next morning my wife was advised by housekeeping that they needed to clean the room as they believed we were checking out that morning. My wife called me, I got in touch with the hotel and found out that the hotel had extended our stay for just one night. I put in a reservation for another night and received the hotel’s confirmation via email. Three hours later my wife called me again as she had just received a call from Craig S. at the front desk telling her, verbatim, to get out of the room because she had no right to be in the hotel. Craig S. did not even bother to check whether there was an extension in place. I understand that mistakes happen; I don’t understand why Craig S. treated my wife with such hostility when it was the hotel’s mistake to begin with. I also don’t understand why Craig S. is working in hospitality if he doesn’t have the faintest idea of customer service. And I wonder why the hotel’s management doesn’t care who they have working at the front desk.
