Liked: Check-in staff very friendly. Lobby and main areas very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea was excellent. Adequate amount of towels. Location was great for easy on/easy off highway.
Disliked: The bed was harder than a rock. Housekeeping and food service staff not overly friendly. Room cleanliness was okay at best. The carpet needs a good shampooing or replacing in the room I was in. Main areas very modern, but room needs upgrading. Bottle cap found under fold out couch, so they aren't being cleaned under. Staining on mattress protector on fold out sofa.

Disliked: Booked this hotel thinking it was walking distance to Sesame Place but was not the case.
