A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Good Experience, definitely might stay...

Liked: The location was amazing , lot of local pubs restaurants around the area. Very walkable not far from chinatown or other local areas.
Disliked: Just the bathroom was small and no fan.

Great value location in midtown...

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and great location.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed for season, the reason we booked the hotel in the first place.

Exceptional

My stay was nothing short...

Liked: The staff working the breakfast area were so sweet. They checked on us, asked where we were from, checked on food items for the other guests. It was a very pleasant experience. The gore front desk staff was just as amazing. They informed my sister about extra perks of her being an ihg card holder and then hooked us up.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I could only stay for one night. I wish I could have stayed three nights.
