A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Liked: It was very well located. The staff were friendly and the inclusion of breakfast made it good value for money
Disliked: It’s a pity that there was so much single use plastic in the breakfast arrangement and no recycling of the different types of trash.

Disliked: On first day at checkin we were told that ours is a special accessible room which I had booked by mistake and we're asked if we wanted to change we said ok so that only special access persons could use it. To which the receptionist replied for normal room we will have to wait for 20mins as it's not ready. We went out ate and returned after 45mins they said will have to wait for 15mins more we waited and finally at the checkin they told us they r giving us the special room only as they don't have normal rooms. We waited for almost hr and half only to to be disappointed. Then after going to the room and settling down we get a call saying that they have a room which is normal I don't understand what's this

Disliked: Parking Garage Attached To Hotel Is A Nightmare, Staff At Garage Are Not Friendly At All. Made A Request At Hotel For 2 Small Toiletries & Never Received Them.
