Perfect for concert 3 minutes from Columbus Civic Center. Clean; wonderful staff. Breakfast is good - many options.

Nice hotel convenient to those...

Liked: The staff was top notch! Very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: They are in the process of remodeling. The room was overall ok but did need some replacement of items. It was a bit loud at times working on rooms around us.

Disliked: The exit was located by my room on the first floor. There were a group of construction workers running in and out of the exit every half hour from approximately 9 pm until 4 am. I have never had a WORSE night sleep in any hotel/motel I have slept in!! I tried calling the front desk as this chaos was occurring, but they DO NOT have staff on duty during the night. The exits by guest rooms should be locked at night! The main entrance should be the only entrance or exit available during the night.
