Holiday Inn Express Peterborough, Peterborough

If you want a quick visit for a conference etc. then the hotel is great. It has everything you would want, including a little lounge area to read papers etc. This is not a five star hotel for holidays, but for short stays it was great.

Liked: The best bits of the stay were (a) the kindness of the staff (b) the accommodation and (c) the abundance of tea!
Disliked: None.

A good, very convenient hotel.

Liked: Inclued breakfast and disabled room.
Disliked: Found a green cleaning cloth in the bed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained.

Liked: Yes. We will book again next year.

Disliked: Got told the day before that we couldn't have a sofa bed and cot in the same room. Should have been informed sooner as wouldn't have booked. No air conditioning Breakfast foods limited ran out of juice, croissants, sausage, eggs, cups

Liked: Room cleaning was excellent, but they split our family and me and my son moved into another room my wife and daughters in another room was a horrible holiday,

Great hotel but struggled with...

Liked: Great room, dog friendly, nice staff, clean and good location.
Disliked: Sunday morning breakfast was poor. Not enough tables and chairs to accommodate all guests. Staff couldn't get the food out and replenish it quickly enough, no juice as ran out, no cups for coffee. We went back to our room and returned and it was the same ... shame because the rest of the hotel set up is good.

Liked: We have chosen the hotel because of location and value for money. We were travelled as family of three.
Disliked: Room was too small for our group. We have arrived at 21:30 and there were no option to eat in the hotel. Next day breakfast was pretty poor. No eggs… actually it’s better do not advertise such breakfast at all
