overall good but can always...

Liked: could have added bacon and fried eggs on the breakfast buffet
Disliked: canal outside the hotel needs to be cleaned - not all but at least near to the hotel as its not very pleasant.

Friendly staff. Excellent location.

Liked: Bath shower not good, seems worn out. Aircon temp uncontrollable, need to open window and it was noisy and can smell cigarette smoke.

Liked: Great hotel. Lovely location. Breakfast area needs rearranging. It was very busy and layout didn't work.Shame about the lifts as we were travelling with my elderly mother. Often long waits for service lift. Helpful staff
