Liked: Fabulous staff, great breakfast, good location.

Pleasant

Disliked: Having to pay for parking and finding out day of instead of mentioning ot when booking. Never paid for parking with holiday on express.

I would choose a different...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the location was great to the Disney/Universal parks.
Disliked: The cost of this hotel did not meet the expectations of the stay. The breakfast was the same every day, no one came to clean the room or at least take the towels, and when asked to clean the room we were told that we didn't stay long enough. We were there for 5 days, think that's long enough. They did clean the room after I talked to them, but then they didn't leave us any towels, when I went to the desk to ask, they said they didn't have any wash clothes and gave me 2 towels for four people. Just not a good experience this go around.

It was a pleasure stay.

Liked: Great location (Close to Sea World and Disney attractions), and many places to find good food around. The property was clean and family-friendly, especially since it is a smoke-free facility.
Disliked: Parking charge. I have seen a lot of similar properties in other locations would not charge for similar parking, but a flip side is true as well where they charge alot.
