Liked: Overall, my stay was decent, but I don’t think I’d return. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, our room was never cleaned during the stay, and I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels. While the room was generally clean, there was noticeable dust on the desk and remote. The $30 per night parking fee was a bit disappointing, though not a dealbreaker on its own. The elevators were extremely slow, and with one of the two out of service for a day, which made getting to and from the room took even longer. The staff was just okay—not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. The shuttle service was a plus, but the posted pickup times were incorrect—we waited an extra 30 minutes at the park, and with all the stops, it took over an hour to get back to the hotel.

Disliked: I did not stay. I do not understand why you guys started making people pay for parking. That was upsetting so I went with a different company.

Liked: I really like this location, the staff and hotels stay. I just feel that you should let guest know in advance that the parking fee is 30.00. I feel that is an important cost that you find out when you reach the property.
