Disliked: The thermostat in the room would not work, so the room was cold. Also, the water pressure was so poor that having a shower proved difficult.

Disliked: The room was a mobility room with interconnected doors. Which when travelling alone is not good as not lock and key only a handle turn to secure. The neighbouring room had the television on loud until 2am. There was no desk or chair to be able to work at. The bathroom furniture was very low and suffering with a bad back was not suitable. Considering this was a room for wheelchair use the kettle was on a high shelf . I asked to change rooms but with little interest from reception was told it wasn’t possible. I travel a lot for work, and this was the most dreadful experience I have had. The receptionist in the morning was very apologetic and surprised that I hadn’t been offered alternative room

Liked: The staffs are were welcoming with a smile and the room is exceptionally clean. The area is so amazing and the breakfast is healthy and fresh. I will visit again and give the hotel five *****

Disliked: Hidden Parking charges. I ticked Parking as a filter and no mention of Hotel parking charges when booking.

A great place to stay.

Liked: Easy to find, Easy to check in and out. Clean rooms very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Located by Asda but still close the the city. Lovely Breakfast included.
Disliked: Had to pay £5 to park which we didnt know till we got there.
