Liked: The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable and so was the sofa bed for my daughter who is only little. The room wasn’t big enough for the sofa bed really as you couldn’t use the desk or chair to sit at. The lights in the room still made the room quite dark.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities good. Breakfast was good. too, plenty of choice
Disliked: There was an issue with the toaster delivery unit , which caused the room to fill with smoke which then door had to opened wide, there was another normal toaster next to it to use though. Didn't affect service.
