Liked: The hotel is clean and offers everything we need for a comfortable stay
Disliked: its location has a huge problem: very noisy from traffic noise. It should have much better windows for noise insulation.

Disliked: Bathroom tub wasn't cleaned from previous guests. Trash left in there

Liked: the property is clean and new, coffee is served all day, the parking is convenient. No complaints at all.

Liked: The staff was helpful, friendly, honest. The continental breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open. The location was further from the attractions than we figured.

Liked: It was close by where we needed to be, but not walkable for safety
Disliked: We arrive from San Diego early and they charged us a $50 check-in fee for being there before the check in time which we thought was ridiculous since they had rooms ready and in addition, we said something they only cut the fee in half instead of replacing

Passable

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing and helpfull day.Or night they were always there for you. The location leaves a lot to be desired. And you can't use your Netflix or Hulu. Because their t vs are so old. But I extended my stay because of the staff and the security there. You couldn't get that at a 5 star hotel.
Disliked: TV's are old and outdated. Other than that had no complaint about the room. It was clean comfortable, no issues.
