Disliked: The hotel lobby was under construction; upgrade, hence, this affected the use of the Work out room and the use of the swimming pool, none of which were advertised on the hotel's website, nor any other source of reservation.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY YOU SHOWERED. 3 DAYS OF BARELY TEPID WATER,HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THEY USE BOTH ELEVATORS. WE HAD TO HAVE STAFF LET US IN POOL.HOUSE KEEP DID NOT SHOW UP TO MAKE BEDS, EMPTY TRASH OR PROVIDE TOWELS.

Liked: The hotel is clean and offers everything we need for a comfortable stay
Disliked: its location has a huge problem: very noisy from traffic noise. It should have much better windows for noise insulation.

Disliked: Bathroom tub wasn't cleaned from previous guests. Trash left in there

Liked: the property is clean and new, coffee is served all day, the parking is convenient. No complaints at all.

We felt safe and welcome.

Liked: The staff was helpful, friendly, honest. The continental breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open. The location was further from the attractions than we figured.
