Staff are very rude and...

Liked: The location is a short walk from Terminal 1 and Gare St Augustine.We dropped our bags and paid for the room at 1:00 pm. We were told the booking was for 1 person and we had to pay €15 for an extra person. I stated that we wouldn’t be having breakfast as we were leaving at 4;30 am. She insisted we pay €15 which we did. We returned at 5:00 pm to check in and were told “Go sit over there and wait”. At 5:15 pm I went back again and was told our room wasn’t ready. Another couple was also waiting for their room and were very annoyed about the wait. They got a room. At 5:30 I asked again if they could give us another room. At 5:45 we were finally given another room.
