Liked: This is my second time staying here the room was perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was great plenty to choose from
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like however my husband did fine getting into the bathroom a bit of a challenge as there is a small bump to go up into the bathroom himself

Liked: It was very clean ,staff friendly food was well stocked and a variety, central to where we wanted to be
Disliked: The bed very lumpy and think it could do with king size .

Disliked: The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well at all especially myself

Disliked: Cigarette smoke on the 4th floor near rooms 419. The whole corridor stank tonight heaven. Disgusting.

Liked: The rooms were extremely clean and warm with very good facilities for making hot drinks, ironing and bath products. Check in was easy and quick and there is a restaurant on site that offers food, drinks and snacks.
Disliked: The shower was not powerful enough and the room was quite dark even with all the lights on particularly by the mirrors.
