Great location, quiet room and...

Liked: Helpful staff. Quiet room with good facilities.Good range of food and drink for breakfast.
Disliked: The only confusing aspect was the clock on the tv was an hour later than the actual time.I did report it to reception on leaving and they were very helpful.

overnight stay

Liked: just a quick overnight stay, perfect location for the arena & bus station

Poor and very dissapointing.

Liked: Breakfast fruit compote wasn't available the tap for the apple juice wasn't working properly. No attempt from any of the staff to fix it.
Disliked: Given the wrong instructions regarding the time of breakfast. Not told how to operate heating in the room. Not told about things like free toothbrushes toothpaste if you have forgotten them. Bed was itchy as though the covers had not been changed. Dissapointed to be honest. Should be given a free stay due to.the poor service in my opinion felt let down.
