Perfect hotel away from home

Liked: The property was really clean and the staff were so friendly, it was the perfect location as we wanted to explore the 9/11 memorial and other places around the hotel plus the subway was the perfect location and had great links to everywhere we wanted to go, it was also really safe compared to Times Square and other places we had explored. The staff were so attentive and the breakfast was so delicious the fact that they included it in the price was such an amazing deal! I’d stay here again for sure over anywhere else, it’s a simple hotel but you don’t need anything else they are amazing!
Disliked: Nothing it was really lovely

Excellent weekend in New York...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and efficient. The room was very nice, well equipped. The location is good, and breakfast was good too.
Disliked: I wish there was a smart TV where I could watch one of my streaming options, but this is not very important.

Liked: Great location! Very close to ferry, subway stop, and walking distance to 9/11 memorial, Empire State Building, etc.Good price for the location and amenities
Disliked: Bed had a sway to it, but that happensMy booking was for a King and the bed was a queen or double

Liked: The manager allowed us to check in early which was so nice, considering we had taken a red eye

Great location, worth the price...

Liked: Staff were great, and the breakfast is a great value for NYC. Very easy to get up/downtown.
Disliked: Elevators were a little slow and could take a while depending on how crowded the hotel is. Was assigned an occupied room but that was quickly fixed without issue.

Liked: They’re absolutely horrible here. Very bad customer service.
Disliked: They took my money and didn’t provide me any service
