Liked: I rate my stay at the hotel as very successful. We got a very nice room with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were very good—I didn’t feel hungry for several hours afterward. The area was very safe and quiet. A big plus is the proximity to all the attractions in New York. You can walk to everything without getting tired. If I visit New York again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.
Disliked: The downside is that I paid for the hotel a few months before my stay, but at the hotel, they charged me again for the room. I contacted the hotel about this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response yet, and I returned from New York 4 days ago.

Liked: Great location, close to MSG, the vessel, subway stations and some other NY attractions. I guess you can’t ask for more space in a manhattan hotel at this price point, but at least they should take more care of cleanliness and the breakfast area could use some extra space. There was an incident with a person that was high on some substance, so may be security should also be addressed

Liked: Love the style and location. Was enough to sleep comfortably. We quiet too. Staff lovely
Disliked: Elevator was soooo slow

Liked: front desk staff was both nice, but also forgot to tell us that the number for the room downstairs was beside the locked door to the supply closet. So we came back upstairs unnecessarily - only to be told to go to the NEXT door, NOT the one beside our room number.
Disliked: There was garbage outside our room window. Lots of it!.

Liked: Easy location to get to multiple train stations and connect to other areas of the city.
Disliked: The breakfast room is entirely too small for the amount of people who stay in the hotel. Likewise, there were people walking in off the street to grab food and coffee and would walk right back out. People were eating on top of each other. Also, multiple items in the hot bar were not hot. They also did not clear our room (including emptying trash cans and removing towels) when we requested. Instead, they just dropped of towels.

Liked: The check in was good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The room is tiny! No refrigerator. Barely room for our empty suitcases.2. No closet. Just a couple of places to hang a few things.3. The breakfast was terrible. I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels. The food is always good. Not here.4. No place to hang out with friends except outside. It was too cold and rainy.5. A bar or small restaurant would be nice.
