Liked: Friendly staff! And a Central location close to Penn station and Madison Square Garden and other attractions.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, but a little to small selection of food. For a 15 stories hotel it's waaaaay to small breakfast hall. It's so narrow and difficult to get a seat available during breakfast time!! The outdoor seating outside, should be converted to a pavilion connected to the breakfast area for more seating and food selection space. Elevators in desperate need of maintenance.Ordered extra duvet and covers to the room. Front desk said they send someone up with it. Nothing happened. Talk to front desk the next day. And they said they would get housekeeping to fix it. Ended up with two extra duvets and no covers... The reason why we needed it should be crystal clear that we also needed the covers. Two strikes and no actual delivery...Crazy expensive vs what you get for the buck. In general international. Maybe ok for NY. But to expensive anyway.And it's just irritating that you can't hold on to the luggage a few hours on checkout day - I without charging extra with those prices initially.2$ luggage isn't much - but it's the principal and the signal you send.

Disliked: Comparing to other holiday inn in Europe the breakfast was poor and the area to small for the amount of people that have to eat there. Also one of the 2 elevators wasn’t working for the days that I spend there which makes us to choose the stairs otherwise was taking ages to go up and down.
