Disliked: Everything was… fine. But just fine. Our room was right by the elevator and there was zero soundproofing. We could hear people’s conversations they were having at normal volumes.

Liked: Location was near where we needed to go to. Room was good and comfortable for two people. Liked recycling inside the room.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in the room. Walls were a little thin; we could hear people talk outside from inside our room, but it’s okay since it didn’t bother me from sleeping.

Disliked: I have stayed 3 nights over Easter weekend. I decided to not have housekeeping done after the first night- the next morning. Instead I wanted to request just two bath towels. I didn’t think it was going to be a problem in a hotel. I was told everyone was home so late - 9 pm and this is not front desk department to worry about. So we never got any that night. I decided to have cleaning done the next morning ( after two nights) so that I got a couple extra towels. But they only gave me two hand towels and took others. I have never stayed at any property where towels could be a problem after normal cleaning hours 9-4 pm. This is a hotel! When we checked in our carpet was dirty it had crumbles and some junk all over. It just didn’t feel clean. Our bedding was not clean on the night of checking in. We have stayed over the weekend so this wasn’t necessarily a “good value”hotel for us it was still pretty high price considering the options and the situation. . Breakfast can only accommodate about 20 people max at a time. The hotel may have 14 floors with over 200 rooms…just FYI. I read people’s reviews before booking a hotel on this platform. Reviews help make better decisions. I didn’t come to NYC for a friendly above and beyond hotel staff. But some nights people cared and enjoyed their job duties a little more on other nights they cared less. That’s all.
