Liked: Clean room near Penn Station
Disliked: Dark Street, not the nicest street and near adjacent areas I didn’t feel that comfortable walking around at nightLots of noise in the hallways at night with the elevator and and considerate guests

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The breakfast area was too small for a hotel of that size. There were only 2 elevators and unfortunately only 1 was working on our last day so very long wait times. I'm 24 weeks pregnant so using the stairs from the 12th floor was not an option.

Passable

Liked: Location is close to subway.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked. It took a long time to get onto an elevator during a busy time (check out, etc) only 8 people to the elevator. The air conditioner made loud noises.

Exceptional

Overall ok, value in price...

Liked: Convenient location on 29th. Separate parking garage in the same block but needs reservation. Easy spot for Uber trips.
Disliked: Only 1 of 2 elevators was working so long wait times. Offered breakfast but space was small filled quickly.

Disliked: Lift service. Busy and takes forever sometimes

Liked: Location near MSG and tourist areas such as Macy's,train Station,Restaurants,etc was excellent.And that Breakfast was sensational.
Disliked: I think Room Size was a bit less than I expected.We walked quite a bit during the day,it was chilly, and a nice cup of hot coffee when we got back late in the afternoon would have been nice.Also the Kuerig in my room didn't work well.And another bath towel or 2 would have been nice.

Disliked: I payed for this room two weeks in advance upon arrival I had to wait while every one else was checking in before 3pm then booking.com sends me a email saying they had moved to another hotel.
