I've stayed in several Hampton Inns, but this one must have very thin walls! The room doors slammed shut very hard and loud, and you could easily hear people talking in the hallways. I did not get a good night's sleep this time.

Liked: The maid Amber was the best. That is about it.
Disliked: We continued to have no Hot water in the bathtub or shower because there was a piece broken off behind the wall. The main maintenance man told me and they were supposed to call in Greenwell plumbing two days after getting there and they never did. The following week when I called down to speak to someone. The lady Angela told me that she was never told anything about it when speaking to her on the following Monday?! I stated the maid and the maintenance guy came in the day after I got there and he stated he was going to call Greenwell plumbing and get them in to fix that. It never happened. I finally called my insurance company and told them that I was leaving and moving to a better Hotel.

Disliked: They give a room with a door between 2 rooms and the noise is just terrible

Breakfast incompetence

Disliked: I arrived down at breakfast at 9:35 am for breakfast that ends at 10 am. The gravy was empty, I asked the worker who was washing dishes if she could make some more gravy? She said no because it would be the end of breakfast before it would be done. I told her this was unacceptable, and I would guess write a comment. This should have been kept up until breakfast is done. Incompetent!

Liked: Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Check in was great , very helpful friendly person that made us feel welcome
