Great value.
Liked: Good location, close to public transit. Nice, Hot shower.

Liked: The check in is easy and the stuff are very friendly. The breakfast was nice, pretty much the same as any other hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets clean. Iron, hairdryer, good heating, tooth brush/paste, razor....(in case you forget)
Disliked: I didn't like that there were not some hotel slippers to have in the room because the floor didn't look very clean. There were some stains, so having slippers would have made my review better. Also, it is true that there is enough parking places, but you pay 20 eur for it. The whole parking experience is a little not clear, because you have to check on the reception every time you want to go out of the garage and theoretically it is 20 eur per day, but it seems that it is 20 eur per going out of the garage. We were there 2 nights and paid 3x20 eur

Confortable and modern accommodation. Terrible...
Liked: The room is very well decorated and comfortable. Amazing shower. The breakfast is great.
Disliked: The staff is absolutely awful. I've never been treated with such a lack of respect by a hotel in my entire life.When we arrived for check-in, we were asked to pay for our reservation, even though it had already been fully paid through Booking months ago.When we refused to pay, the receptionist claimed that he was not responsible for the fact that the payment had already been made, since it was processed via Booking. He suggested I resolve the issue with Booking (???), which is completely absurd. If the hotel chooses to list its rooms via Booking (and benefits from it, of course), it should also be responsible for resolving any issues directly with the platform.As a result, I had to call Booking Support, and it took us around 30 minutes before the receptionist finally located the correct reservation. We were already tired from a long trip, it was 10 p.m., and this hotel gave us the worst welcome we've ever had.

Disliked: Parking situation very annoying and impractical. Some staff quite rude. Coffee stains on side table in room, stains on carpet and headboard of bed. Parking way too expensive for the stress their system..... breakfast not that great
