Great location, facilities not so...

Liked: The location is great for us, thats why we came back to it again, but we will not be going back . We will go to hotels near by that cost the same per night that are more modern or taken care of
Disliked: For the amount of money that is being paid per night, we were able to find a better hotel for the remainder of our stay. my mom is elderly and I asked for a room on the first floor and that wasn’t given. We were all the way up on the third floor so the staff did not pay attention to my requests. Also, the facility looks very outdated like nobody has really paid attention to renewing or renovating the hotel to a better looking hotel, the staff was great, but the cleanliness of the hotel in the lobby could have been better so yeah everything just looks outdated and we were able to find a more modern hotel down the street for the same amount of price per night

Disliked: The maid never came to clean the room, the faucet to the shower was broken , thus the water temperature could not be adjusted, there was no safe in the room, the channel selection for the tv was very limited, the security gate for cars to enter the premises broke, and at breakfast they were always running out of something- forks, spoons, food, coffee, cups, etc.

Was a pleasent stay.

Liked: The breakfast was really good, people friendly at all times, swimming pool was enjoyable for kids and the mall was closer to the hotel, you can walk around and have places to go.
Disliked: I believe there was someone smoking because on the main hall of the rooms it smelled like cigarrete. This is prohibited on all rooms so people must respect this. It is a matter of guest responsability and not on the hotel.
