We got a room for one night to see Blackhawk at the Medina Ballroom. We had a fun time and no problems. It would be great if they had a shuttle but, oh well.

Liked: Breakfast. Great place to stay for a concert at the Medina Ballroom.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

Disliked: The heating unit screamed a loud screech when the fan turned turned off so each night of our three day stay we unplugged it. Night, one people screaming in the hall, night, two people, swearing and screaming in the hall day the fire alarm went off. We stayed in room 128 and we reported the need for maintenance on the heating unit the desk clerk seemed surprised, but took a note. I can’t believe no one else reported the screeching sound of the heating unit.

Disliked: The walls are super thin you can hear everything from the elevator down the hall to people talking surrounding the rooms. Also our room looked nothing like the pictures provided our toilet was basically in the shower

Disliked: Was a member of IHG .Needed an hour early check in ,for me and my wife to get ready for a 4 o'clock wedding.put it in booking ,didn't hear anything, called day before to let them know, called hrs before we got there to let them know .lady at desk said I would have to wait till 3:00 to check in was very rude, of course by time we got in room drove to destination we were late.will pay more to go somewhere other then that hotel again.
