We got a room for one night to see Blackhawk at the Medina Ballroom. We had a fun time and no problems. It would be great if they had a shuttle but, oh well.

Liked: Breakfast. Great place to stay for a concert at the Medina Ballroom.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

Overall, very good.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean accommodations.
Disliked: Lighting in parking lot could be better. Too many handicap parking spots.

Liked: Seems like it recently got remodeled. Bedding was soft and bed was comfortable. Small gym was a plus. Breakfast was good, there was a hot selection such as cheese omelets and ham along with the usual cold breakfast items like muffins and cereal.
Disliked: Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors if they are talking loudly. I would talk softly in the rooms to respect your neighbors.

Liked: Excellent location & staff. Clean, quiet, Breakfast fantastic. Fast, reliable wifi.
Disliked: Bed could have been a little lower for my 91 year old mother to get into & out of.
