Decent stay with many inconveniences....

Liked: Room cleanliness, pool/jacuzzi, breakfast
Disliked: Horrible WiFi. No WiFi in our room for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. Hours spent on technical support. Manager promised room rate adjustment - never done, ignoring our emails now. Front desk person inappropriate for his position, really poor customer service. IHG corporate keeps pointing fingers back to the property. Leaking bathroom faucet- attempted repair- unsuccessfully. I wanted to give this place another chance after what I thought was a reasonable conversation with the manager, but since nothing have been done, we won’t stay here again. Also, we had to reprogram room key cards probably at least 6 times.

Disliked: Our toilet stopped up and not repaired. Crack in sliding door let in mosquitoes. The property is in a floodplain and the intense rain made it feel like wee might be swept away

Liked: Very good breakfast buffet with very good choice of options. Easy to get to from the airport (SFO) using public transport ion. Excellent walking path along Richardson Bay runs riight behind the hotel.
Disliked: The water pressure could have been a little better.
