Superb

Liked: Very good breakfast buffet with very good choice of options. Easy to get to from the airport (SFO) using public transport ion. Excellent walking path along Richardson Bay runs riight behind the hotel.
Disliked: The water pressure could have been a little better.

Might not be the best...

Liked: It was close to SF.
Disliked: The room smelled moldy and needed more updating.

Friendly staff at great location...

Liked: The included breakfast was awesome... variety, fresh and tasty ... one of the best "included breakfasts" I've ever had. Beds are great.
Disliked: Structure is old but amenities are updated. Poor lighting.

Disliked: Greeting agent, and even though we were only customers at the service desk ignored us even though he was standing rigt in front of us and looking at us. We had to initiate conversation.

Great location at affordable price...

Liked: Location, breakfast, cost.
Disliked: They had water damage with the phone lines & the phone rang at 1:30am, 2:30am & 4:30am. Was not told when checked in there was a problem. On check out I was told I should have just unplugged the phone.
