Have stayed here a few...

Disliked: Bed mattress springs had gone in room 272, bed was very soft and bouncy and didn't sleep.

it was okay for what...

Liked: was close to where i needed to go, very clean and lovely. felt safe here. staff were amazing and kind
Disliked: my room was stone cold, usually in holiday inns i can put the heating on but this one didn’t seem to work. i was using a small radiator that was warm but my bed was so cold i couldn’t get into my pyjamas. staff were really nice and tried to help but i think my heating shouldve been investigated a bit more as it had warning sign i’ve never seen before . i couldn’t even walk on the floor without wearing fluffy socks.
