Very friendly staff, excellent location,...

Liked: Fantastic location. Clean and friendly. 10 out of 10 in all categories. Beautiful downtown location easy access restaurants within walking distance banking within walking distance next-door is Krispy Kreme. Does it get any better?

Good for Business

Liked: The room was big and spacious, specially for the area. In general the staff was nice, we had a problem with the person who did the check in double charge us, And it took a bit for them to realized and to refund it. At the end they did, but some of the staff were more helpful than others.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: The room was large, modern, clean. Loved the king sized bed and crisp sheets! Breakfast was delicious and a very convenient bonus! The front desk personnel were extremely helpful, the woman, I’m afraid I’ve forgotten her name, had excellent English and she was very kind. Location was perfect! Angel of Independence!
Disliked: It was perfect.

Old and untasteful hotel

Liked: Breakfast was 10/10. Location was really good.
Disliked: Rooms were super stuffy despite the size. Bathroom was not clean enough and the toilet was leaking. Chair in the shower is a very personal thing and shouldn’t be offered at a hotel without asking; felt really unhygenic. Last but not least least, the whole hotel is packed with white lights which makes it look like a bus station. Overall, it doesn’t worth the money.
