Liked: With the exception of bad shuttle service , everything else was good.
Disliked: Upon arrival at airport I requested for the shuttle. I was told to wait 20 mins. I waited 60 mins and the shuttle didn’t arrive. I had to get Uber.

Shady and unscrupulous

Liked: Absolutely nothing - this is a very shady and unscrupulous business.
Disliked: Booked my reservation but they could not accommodate my stay, even in other rooms. Called immediately after I got the email stating they could not accommodate and cancelled the reservation. They told me to contact booking to make sure I wasn’t charged. Contacted booking but was still charged, directly by the hotel. Booking in fact sent a refund request to them but they ignored it. Called the hotel with booking on the line, got passed around to 5 different people. The fifth person hung up. Terrible business and it should be removed from booking for this behavior.

Would definitely recommend and stay...

Liked: Clean modern. Staff was amazing. Great value included breakfast and transport to NLU.

Disliked: Had only insecure Wi-Fi; no secure option. Light flashing on ceiling all night long. Shuttle not available at time I requested, there was only one per hour and that was full. No time for breakfast buffet as I had to book a private taxi. Not as close to airport as I thought

Overall pleasant for a night...

Liked: We enjoyed how close it was to the airport and the free transfer to the airport.
Disliked: The coffee maker was mouldy inside and I had to take my time to clean it up.
