Passable

Disliked: The staff weren’t very accomodating and were rude especially when I requested that I had split beds. And she said just because I booked that doesn’t mean I get it. When I called in regard to a lost item in the room the staff were rude and said they checked for my item the previous night. And when I said that was impossible as I was in the room that night. She continued to tell me I was wrong

Liked: Location OK being close to CBD
Disliked: Access to car park so difficult to navigate. Car EV charges in car park only give 30 minutes of charging before shutting off. Hotel staff told me car park is operated by a third party and not the hotel ie not our problemChecking and checkout very slow ,lack of staff, if you knew there were going to be 50 checkouts before 10am you staff accordinglyA standard room is one with no view except the building opposite , no where is this pointed out in room descriptionBreakfast has the same limited choices each time we have stayed

Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff were terrific! Love that you had a Formula 1 theme. Love the games room.
Disliked: We ordered burgers one night and the chips were too salty and burgers could have done with some fresh lettuce or tomato.

Wonderful hotel

Liked: Perfect location for where we needed to be. Close to the river in the heart of Southbank and close to shops, South Melbourne and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh towels and bedding. Mini fridge in the room was very welcome and the beds were comfortable ensuring we slept well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if travelling to Melbourne.
