Terrible

Liked: Terrible customer service. Rude and doesn’t have any trainings. Incompetent staff. Will never stay again in this hotel
Disliked: Staff at reception are terrible.

Good! Can be better, breakfast...

Liked: Connectivity to other locations. Late check out option. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The toilet and bathroom share the same door, of you go for shower and close the door the toilet is open, this felt inconvenient.

Comfortable stay in well positioned...

Liked: Good position near Southbank. Nice free simple breakfast.
Disliked: I don’t like that they don’t accept cash. I find it offensive. It seems unjust that credit card fees are applied but they don’t offer any other means of payment.
