Liked: Overall, it was OK. Didn't know it was under construction until we went to check in. We were on one of the floors being remodeled. That was the only downside. The positives: the front desk attendant was friendly, the beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

Not what I expected

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. And the room was clean
Disliked: The refrigerator from the room was not working as soon as we checked in. I told the front desk and did not get a response until I went and asked again. They never fixed the issue or said anything about it. I need the refrigerator as I have small children. At the same time I asked about the refrigerator issue I requested a set of sheets for the sofa bed because they didn't left any at the room. The front desk guy smelled like weed and I don't think that's responsible or professional for someone to be doing that specifically during work time. I honestly don't feel like I got my money's worth with so many issues going on during my visit. I will definitely not be staying here next time I visit Marble Falls.

Nice Looking Facility

Liked: Two out of three ice machines were not working. Construction materials were left out in the front entry, unfinished tile work by the front desk. Our room was clean and stocked.

Probably not stay there again.

Liked: The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was excellent.
Disliked: The renovations should have been done while no customers were there. The elevator didn’t work which made it inconvenient for handicapped people. Also the breakfast offered was the same thing everyday. Boring!

Liked: Breakfast was adequate. Nothing wrong with it but nothing to rank it above most hotels of this type. There was hot offerings and sufficient quantity but surprised to find no breakfast (except coffee and fruit) on New Year's Day.
Disliked: Bathroom lighting was not as bright as most hotels of this quality. Ice machine was not working.
