Good and super friendly staff

Liked: Location good, breakfast fine but SO much plastic! Would rather have real cutlery plates and mugs/ cupsRoom cold and heater noisey
Disliked: Less use of plastic.

Great location and breakfast but...

Liked: Breakfast and location were impressive.
Disliked: One of the 2 lifts was out of order the entire stay and when my husband asked when it would be functional, he was told “maybe next week”. This hotel is way too busy to rely on one small lift.

Great staff-dissatisfied on elevator transport

Disliked: Only one elevator was working-long wait times to be able to get on. We’re disabled and it was difficult.
