Amazing stay with staff that...

Liked: An amazing stay at the hotel, who were able to cater for our every need. It was my partners birthday and they decorated the room for us upon arrival. Such a nice thing to do and was a great way to start our trip. Location was amazing for what we wanted. Needed to make sure we went for breakfast early as it does get busy in the dining area. We had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building and we loved staying at the hotel. We will be back for sure.

A decent place to stay...

Liked: The location is great. Easy to get to local metro to explore the city
Disliked: Too much use of single-use plastic. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Save the planet and use glass

Good and super friendly staff

Liked: Location good, breakfast fine but SO much plastic! Would rather have real cutlery plates and mugs/ cupsRoom cold and heater noisey
Disliked: Less use of plastic.

Great location and breakfast but...

Liked: Breakfast and location were impressive.
Disliked: One of the 2 lifts was out of order the entire stay and when my husband asked when it would be functional, he was told “maybe next week”. This hotel is way too busy to rely on one small lift.
