Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed myself. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come again to stay and recommend anybody to book a room :)

Nice hotel but too far...

Liked: Breakfast was ok but missing basics like butter and cream cheese. Location was very removed from midtown and subway access.
Disliked: Would like location closer to midtown.

Exceptional

Very good stay.

Liked: Room size is just right. Location is very good, few blocks away from Times Square. Breakfast is nice.
Disliked: The construction at the front but i know its very common in Manhattan

Pleasant

Liked: Place was good enough because I wasn't in it most of the time.
Disliked: There was a mice in my room when I returned from being out all day. I was upgraded to another room after deliberation, initially the staff told me they were sold out and couldn't do anything, then 10 minutes later was able to find a room on the 9th floor at 2.30 a.m, that room decent, however, it had tissue stuck on the top right corner of the door.

Disliked: Staff were not as friendly or helpful.We were put in a basement room for our 1st night which was unpleasant and overlooked a shed! No view at all.

Liked: William at the front desk helped me and he was very courteous. Hotel is clean and staff very nice
Disliked: I liked everything. This hotel should service home fries for breakfast

Great location, bedroom AC broken

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: Air conditioner in room was broken during the duration of the stay despite mentioning this to hotel staff

Decent stay.

Liked: Decent breakfast, beds are comfortable and clean.
Disliked: It's a pity the front still has scaffolding. Makes the hotel look unappealing. The window doesn't fully close in our room at 1106 so there was a lot of noise at night.
