Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed myself. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come again to stay and recommend anybody to book a room :)

Liked: The location was very good. The breakfast was good value for money (we paid about 100 usd (tax incl) for a night for a weekday). There were often lines, but given the price, we had nothing to complain.
Disliked: It's a bit old and needs some renovation. But given the price, no complaint there.The room was also not very big in size and lighting could be better.

Liked: Good view from the room, 10min walking from Times Square, excellent staff.
Disliked: Few options in the breakfast, too crowded, and took much time to reload. Beds are small and the pillows were not the best.

Lovely

Liked: We went in January to figure skate on the rinks and we just loved the complimentary coffee and tea service!We had our own insulated mugs and this was truly a warm hug in a cup for on the way.
Disliked: The hotel is noisy, you can hear the other guests on in the hallway loud and clear

Uncomfortable.

Disliked: The breakfast area is extremely small, couldn’t accommodate the volume of people. Breakfast ran out! People coming down to have breakfast with pyjamas was absolutely inappropriate and unclean. Our room was in the basement which continues to shock me!

Liked: Hotel was decent. Only one elevator working. It was hard, and packed each time
