Fine stay for price, great...

Liked: Breakfast was good, handy location with good parking/transport links close by
Disliked: Room was very small for a family staying.Consideration should be given to where placing families when large groups also staying. We had groups of teenagers running up and down the corridors and banging on room doors which wasn’t great when trying to get our daughter to sleep

Clean but came home tired

Liked: Ideal location in walking distance to the Trafford centre and the metro line. Very clean and modern rooms with everything you need in the room. Appreciated the check in call to ensure the room was to standard.
Disliked: Whilst we had our stay there was a large child’s football team staying where children were banging shouting and running up and down the corridor late into the night. We called reception to report but no one answered at all. The breakfast was good but layout wasn’t great with just one coffee machine working and hot food in covered pots so hash browns were soggy and rubbery. A deposit of £50 was required on check in which wasn’t highlighted in the advert and £5 parking again which isn’t highlighted as charged. When checking out I gave a room number but wasn’t asked how our stay was so couldn’t highlight above issues and no mention of the deposit and how we gain back.
