Disliked: Breakfast was too busy and too disorganised. Had to wait ages for things to get restocked.

Liked: Walking distance of trafford centre Sort drive to old trafford Mcdonalds over the road
Disliked: Bar lady was pretty ignorant. First got there and needed a drink waited 5 minutes while she just totally ignored us with her back to us. Left our sons coat on the chair came back 5 minutes later looking round for it then my partner checked the car came back she could see and hear we were searching round for it. Then we asked her if she's picked a coat up and she handed it us from below the counter. Why didn't she just say, it wasn't busy in there no-one else in the bar area apart from another couple. Just very ignorant in my opinion.

Liked: The room was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and the location worked very well for us
Disliked: Nothing every was good.

Disliked: Limited breakfast menu, poor bedroom views, dirty carpet floor
