Disliked: Stains on carpet in room. Car parking was £30 for a night...down to £20 with the discount card still sounds expensive. Horrendous night sleep, noisy and uncomfortable. Not just me but my wife and son also.

Liked: Cleanliness was very good. Staff were very helpful
Disliked: Room was too small, sofa bed was horrible for my kids ,they couldn't sleep as it was sunk in headside. It was very uncomfortable sleep for all of us as we didn't get good sleep.Breakfast was not good either. As halal eater our only hot food option was ,Egg crumble and baked beans. I hope there will be improvement in these areas.

Liked: The ONLY quibble either if us had was with a torn bath towel.I appreciate that such items are high-use but feel this one should have been retired some time agoEverything else and everybody was excellentThank you
