Enjoyable 3 days. Hotel very clean.

Liked: Near a tram station.
Disliked: Toaster didn’t brown the bread.

Nice and clean; good breakfast choices. Great location, near to the shopping area, theatres, restaurant and bars.

Disliked: Nothing.

Great location; friendly and very helpful staff; lovely, clean bedroom.

Liked: Free breakfast; everything we needed provided in the room.
Disliked: On the first night, Saturday 8th March, we hardly had any sleep because of very noisy people coming back around 2.30am. This continued for an hour or so and security were called to access the room. Had very little sleep but second night was OK as they'd obviously checked out.

Liked: Our experience was amazing all staff were very accommodating and helpful with all our requests/needs.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. The location was good. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Didn't like the sofa bed (loud and uncomfortable). One of the lights above the sofa bed was flickering.

Liked: Parking was the problem, there is no option to pick and drop. Inside the rooms there is no cupboards or fridge. So not recommended

Disliked: Spider web above bed, mould growing at sink in bathroom, shower curtain was black at the bottom, make-up left on mirror and floor. Someone had a key to the room, tried to enter (no knocking at the door) no cleaning cart around outside to then assume it was a cleaner either

Liked: We asked for a high floor away from street which was accommodated. Average breakfast Good shower very clean
