Liked: Room, staff, food.
Disliked: Taking the money for the room before we'd checked in.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

Liked: We locked the door when we went to bed to not be disturbed in the morning, then we were woken up by knocking at 10.15 and someone trying to get in the room,then they left ,10.30 again knocking and somehow this time housekeeping managed to unlock door and enter then said oh sorry.Im sorry but the fact that it was before checkout and if there's no answer from the knock and the doors locked internally then someone is obviously inside not wanting to be disturbed! I did get up out of bed to confront her and she said oh sorry I didn't know you were inside.It was locked from inside so obviously someone's inside! Left me in a foul mood as id understand if it was 11.01 or if we had checked out early.Wasnt happy at all.I have booked this hotel again in may for myself and my two children and contemplating cancelling as I dont want it happening again

Lovely hotel

Liked: 8th floor room was lovely, quick to get too by lift. Close to AO arena and pubs
Disliked: Breakfast was busy, had to wait a while for sausages but very nice food.
