Disliked: Taking the money for the room before we'd checked in.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

Liked: Ideally situated for AO arena. Clean. Good choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Very expensive for what you actually get. One bed in room against the wall. Small room.

Liked: lovely location friendly staff large spacious bed . large room great coffee and tea making facilities. quiet and peaceful. Will be staying there again when we travel to Manchester. Worth the money recommended to family and friends.
