Disliked: Taking the money for the room before we'd checked in.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, good choices, the chef turned out quality food
Disliked: Once collected breakfast it was pot luck if a table could be found vacant.

Liked: Location, shower was large and clean. All the basics were there. I was expecting more noise from neighbours seeing as it was booked out but didn’t notice much.
Disliked: Aircon was really noisy and the extractor fan in the bathroom was constantly on making a high pitched whine. Lift seemed to have a mind of its own and go to floors of its own accord (not really a negative but bizarre).

An excellent choice for central...

Liked: Very central , contemporary with relatively spacious rooms and friendly personnel 24/7.
Disliked: The beds are worn out soft causing back ache . The breakfast can improve in quality and ability to serve the guests at peak hours.

Coming Home

Liked: We like everything about IHG. We always stay there every time we fancy a couple of nights in Manchester. It's so close to everything. We love it.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like this time was the fact that I forgot to ask for a city view.
