Clean , pleasant, accommodating

Liked: Staff in the reception area were very friendly, also the lady that was there organised the early AM as we were going for our flights , was very pleasant, friendly, helpful. Thank you

Fine, good breakfast and friendly...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Location, it was a 24 minutes walk at about 11:45 pm after a long day travelling, so further than I thought from the airport and there wasn't the option of an included transfer (mini bus / car).

Liked: The customer service was exceptional upon arrival, all key information and details provided. Breakfast 3-7am continental in the lobby... Fruit, porridge, muffins, croissants and pastrys lots of juices coffee. Hot buffet breakfast 7am bacon, sausage eggs,hash browns,beans, cereals,fruit, nuts, bread, muffins,toast and baps. Excellent. Location great £13 taxi to airport, Uber cost similar price also, Uber comes up cheaper with sneaky charges for airport collection and drop off.
