Liked: The staff Mr Khan was very helpful, I didn't have a coin to check the weight of my luggage, Mr Khan went into his and find a pound coin to make sure my luggage was weighed. Thank you, Mr Khan. i offered to pay him back, but he refused. He is assest to your organisation.
Disliked: I was allocated a disabled person room, the room was extremely cold the heater was located by the door. I caught cold
