Not a great experience 5/10

Liked: Close to shops and restaurants. Free parking.
Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. The first night was not great, some sort of high powered fan system started up every 5 mins and ran for 30 secs throughout the night and was very audible in the room. This was in addition to a knocking noise that repeated through the night..I hardly slept. I complained the next morning and was moved to another room which was fine...apart from the flooring tiles in the bathroom that had come unstuck from the floor...The vending machine in the lobby wouldn't work properly, it took a card payment without vending anything. The charge was eventually refunded but that's hardly the point as I was attempting to buy something as the bar had closed early for some unknown reason.Breakfast the first morning was ok, typical buffet style with pastries + scrambled eggs and bacon available. The second morning, the eggs and bacon were 'unavailable' with no reason given when I asked why. It was all very lack-lustre All in all, a substandard stay that did not inspire confidence in the hotel.

Awesome rooms outside of Madrid...

Liked: Nice big and comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, within a commercial area with lots of outlet stores with good prices.
Disliked: Would be great to have a minifridge to store some water bottles.
