Liked: Room Size and Cleanliness of the room ,toilets ,bathroom .
Disliked: Room access cards were not working properly,had 2 rooms booked and both had an issue and required to visit reception to get the cards reload the access ,which was inconvenient to the family waiting outside the room and at the reception to wait for this as they were busy helping other customers.

Liked: Location was okay. Rest every thing was unsatisfactory.
Disliked: Staff was unwelcoming. Didn’t solve any of the problems we faced. No lockers were provided. False fire alarm woke us at 6:30am.

Liked: Location and hotel was nice.
Disliked: Stuff at check in was not nicely, as we paid wrongly 2 nights actually we wanted to stay 1 night asked at checkin to refund us for second night, they forwarded us to discuss with booking and not with the hotel stuff which we paid . But the worst check out When the Lady was insisting to give her (return) a white card of the rooms which was not given at check-in but she was insisting to give that card or not to leave the hotel or pay 100frs, because the man at check-in, gave us only a brown card because they had problem in their system. But while we stayed long telling/ repeatedly as it was not give us a card which she was asking for from us, finally She found the card in her boss office which was not given to us and she didn't have face to say sorry her mistake. Very impolite

Liked: Fresh, new and colorful
Disliked: Front of house staff were very cold and I don’t believe we saw them smile at us even once. (Both at check in and check out). The lady at check in even remarked to her colleague in front of us “why is everyone coming to me” ( assuming we didn’t speak German)

Poor

Liked: It was clean n tidy
Disliked: Both Room keys were getting deactivated always throughout our two days of stay and staff were not cooperating to open the rooms. Every time we had to go down at reception and wait for the card to get activated again. It was a pathetic experience.
