Liked: i loved how clean the room and common areas were. the staff was very friendly and helpful. they cleaned the room very well and had a fridge and coffee maker.
Disliked: i did not like the breakfast. the eggs were very soggy and there was not a big variety of choices. i did not like that housekeeping did not come in while i was away. there was garbage to be taken out.

Liked: Location close to Interstate
Disliked: We had a reservation for a King bedroom, but when we arrived, we were told there were no King rooms available! Also, there were issues with the room itself, like a shade that would not go down, inability to adjust the temperature lower and no air and water in sink just came out as a dribble!

Fantastic we keep coming back...

Disliked: The problem is with Booking.com. We booked Holiday Inn, Lorton Va for December 29 - 30. It came back September 29-30. We tried to correct the date but needed a pin number on the confirmation. There was no pin number or confirmation but a form that was emailed on September 27 and told us to call the hotel. We contacted the hotel, Holiday Inn and they told us to contact Booking.com. Because there is no way to reach a human and this was impossible to correct this online, we are requesting a refund for this mistake.
