Liked: Rooms clean and well presented, staff helpful and friendly

Liked: It was located in a good area for shopping
Disliked: 20 for parking, breakfast was a croissant, apple and a tiny muffin. When checking in was told I didnt book a family room but I clearly did as it said family room in my booking confirmation. Got to the room and my daughters bed was not made, no tea, coffee or cups in the room, room was really hot and could not change the the thermostat to make it cooler so had to try sleep with the window open on a busy street and got about 4 hours on and off due to the traffic noise. This will be the first and last time I stay here, read the reviews before booking.

Ideal for business travel. Quiet.

Liked: Great location, surprisingly quiet! Breakfast was poor but due to Covid-19 services are limited and which was reflected in the very cheap price of 95 per room per night. Really could fault it at that cost. For business travel, ideal.

Liked: Huge, clean room with large, soft bed. Shower was large and lovely and hot! Wifi worked great.
Disliked: Was a bit of a maze in finding the room but this is probably down to my poor sense of direction ;-)
