Liked: Good location and parking
Disliked: Breakfast poor (dry eggs tasteless ash browns) communal use Nutella jams etc unhygienic Fire alarm and full evacuation at 2am:No staff directing people, no staff Member came outside to speak with guests we had to actively find a member of staff when the alarm stopped to ask if safe to return to rooms, very unorganised and poor customer service the majority of people were families with young children.

Pillows not firm like used...

Disliked: Coffee not good.Scrambled eggs should be like home

Liked: Value for money and a great location for Harry Potter studios

Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 2am, was unable to sleep after this and had to be up early for work

Liked: Very close to train station, breakfast was lovely, our rooms were interconnecting which was ideal for a family of 5
Disliked: The double bed seemed a little smaller than a standard double. It was a little noisy with the noise from the high speed trains but not the biggest deal for us

Liked: Breakfast was lovely as always this place never disappoints
Disliked: Didn't appreciate the way the chef spoke to the staff. Just unnecessarily rude to them.

Liked: A really lovely and incredibly helpful Indian female receptionist who was so kind and welcoming on my arrival.
