Liked: The heating was not working, there was no hot water, I was so tired and wanted a night rest before work. I asked for more bedding and there was none.
Disliked: Heating and hot water

Disliked: The parking charges. I was informed parking was £20 per night. When I arrived we gave car registration. Next morning we wanted to go for a walk after checking out. I asked if was ok to leave the car until our return. No lust of charges that I could see, and no warning from staff that I asked that it would cost £50 if we went over 24 hours (in fact just by 30 minutes). A horrible surprise and one that was avoidable had they had a notice at reception.
