Clean accommodation close to railway...

Liked: Location was good, close to railway station.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room was too hot. At first we were told they would look into it but it became apparent that it is centrally controlled and there is no individual unit control. It would have been polite to be honest up front with us instead of fobbing us off. The solution given was to open the window but the window lock was broken.In addition we would definitely prefer a sheet on the bed rather than just the duvet. This would have made sleeping more comfortable in the hot room.

Liked: Everything from start to finish was perfect.Gorgeous breakfast. Comfortable bed.Hot shower.Good location.Friendly staff especially Jacob on reception, went out of his way to chat to me & my son.
Disliked: Maybe a little cold in the room of an evening.Some condiments eg. Biscuits in the room to go with the tea & coffee would have been nice.Shower tray filled up exceptionally quickly whilst having a shower so had to be mindful it could overflow.Not much wardrobe space.
