Shocking stay

Liked: Didn't like anything
Disliked: Staff were very rude Breakfast was included but didn't eat at the hotel, as the breakfast room was litterly a small room filled with tables and hardly any food option. No way is this hotel worth the price which I paid for, and location wise not very good, nothing nearby other than a few other hotels.

Not for me!

Liked: Staff were lovely very courteous and helpful. Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was in the basement it was very claustrophobic.The window was broken, impossible to open .Our window overlooked a brick wall.Carpets need replacing.Breakfast lounge was very small . .Had to wait for a table .Long walk from Victoria station.
