Liked: Super uncomfortable beds and pillows

Liked: Good location for motorway.
Disliked: Nothing much to do. No pubs, no leisure facilities like a gym or swimming pool. Our bed was not made secure. My wife who had a broken wrist, went to steady herself with her other arm and nearly fell over. Reception staff were informed the following morning.

Disliked: The heating in my room did not work so it was very cold.I found out in the morning from my colleagues that 2 others had no heating either!!
