Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: The property wasn’t too bad itself but booking.com did not list the hotel policies in their website. On booking.com it said ages 18+ will be charged as adults. However when I got to the hotel they said because I was under 21 I was not allowed to check in to my reservation. I couldn’t cancel the reservation and had to have an adult make a new one for me. There was no information or disclaimer on this issue while I reserved the room and I am very dissatisfied with booking.com for letting a mistake like this happen.

Comfortable, safe place to rest,...

Liked: Location- near I-70. We always stay at holiday inn express. So it’s familiar to us. There were no surprises.
Disliked: This hotel was not as nice as most we stay in.

Very disappointing room condition

Liked: Room was in very poor condition & air was “wet”;

Disliked: we had to be on second floor with a service dog.

Disliked: Continental breakfast over at 9:30 is early when people sleep in when traveling. Should at least be up til 11.
