Liked: Positive experience, attentive staffI had an impromptu overnight stay to allow myself an easier early morning rise to catch a flight from LHR. I found the receptionist Kamila very helpful and accommodating from the start. Being unfamiliar with the location of the hotel, she helped me out by telling me which local bus to catch that would drop me directly outside the hotel, and I was also able to check in early. The room was spacious, clean, with tea and coffee making facilities, and good WIFI.I enjoyed a tasty meal in the evening, and a very good night sleep. There was also a handy e-shuttle service to the terminal that is bookable in advance in the hotel reception area. Only £9.90 for a one way trip (shared vehicle) from the hotel to the airport terminal building.

Liked: Made me pay £16 hidden parking charges if i knew that earlier i wouldnt have stayed there. They gave me 2 single beds for a 1 visitor staying. Tv didnt work
