Liked: The location was rubbish, out of the way and please don’t fool people it’s terminal 5, I paid GBP 48 for taxi from terminal 5 to the hotel . Overall the cost for 1 night was expensive and stressful..

Just passing through

Liked: Once I found it it was great the location isn't at the airport even though it says terminal 5 but several buses go there and it's a quick ride. It was bright, clean, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I was surprised by all the variety. I also enjoy the Lebanese lounge that's attached to the hotel the vibe and food were excellent.
Disliked: I'm sad my stay was so short. I'll be back!!!!

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. We had some issues with our booked ride to Heathrow - arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Reception staff were incredibly helpful in arranging another ride for us. We are so grateful.
Disliked: No complaints at all about any part of our stay.

Liked: When we arrived, we were allocated a room that was a little 'whiffy' to say the least (Room 123)! However, when we asked to move rooms, the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful, apologetic and accommodating. Our new room was clean, spacious and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5, with a WeKnowLondon shuttle available for seven pounds each; book online for best deals. 24 hour M&S in garage over the road. Buffet breakfast is good.
Disliked: smoking area outside the hotel is too near the entrance. The smoke wafts in through the revolving doors, and is also unpleasant when leaving and entering the hotel.

Liked: Loved our stay here, and came back a few times because of travel plans involving Terminal 5! Counter staff friendly, accomodating and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5 with shuttle transport available for seven pounds each. 24 hour M&S over the road at the garage, and we found a walking trail, next to the Queen Mother Reservoir, towards Datchet, which meant we weren't just trailing the busy streets around the hotel. Check out is 11am and you can also negotiate a later check-out time if needed.
Disliked: Smoking area outside the hotel is too close to the entrance! Waiting for taxis is not fun, and the revolving doors bring the smoke inside.

Liked: Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast filling. Shuttle taxi service from the hotel to Terminal 5 (seven pounds each). Late checkout can be negotiated.
Disliked: The smoking area outside is too close to the building; waiting outside for a taxi meant breathing in lungfuls of smoke.
