Disliked: The room were very cold and even after multiple calls to the reception they did not switch on the heater in the room… later in the morning also informed the reception, and only after repeated exchanges of calls they provided a spare standing heater that was very ineffective to warm the room .. it at 11am while we checked out shortly after …. The hotel tries to save on the heating

Liked: Location to m4. Good breakfast, comfy beds, toiletries, decent shower
Disliked: Sofa with a large tear. Cleaner knocking our door at 0700am

Good value

Liked: The hotel and my room were clean. The facilities were also good. The food was simple but more than adequate and the staff attentive.
Disliked: From it's title I expected the hotel to be near Terminal 5, but its not. The taxi from the Terminal cost £30
