Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4. The nearest tube station is Heathrow Terminal 4 on Piccadilly Line. Should you arrive or depart from another Heathrow Terminals you can take the free Heathrow Express Train from Terminals 2&3 and 5 or Red London Busses 490 or 482 (only to and from Terminal 5) or Diamond 555 from Heathrow Terminal 2&3 Central Bus Station. Additionally a Shuttle Bus service is available traveling to and from Terminal 5 (H5A) and Terminal 2&3 (H2A) with a surcharge fee picking up guests from outside the Heathrow Terminals and Hotel. All rooms are air conditioned with blackout curtains triple glazed windows a choice of pillows USB ports work desk and a 49-inch LED smart TV with Freeview channels. An Inclusive Express Breakfast Buffet including sausages bacon scrambled eggs baked beans is served every morning as well as continental options. Will happily use again but...

Liked: Cleanliness, facilities and location.
Disliked: Food was disappointing- given the prices one would expect better quality ingredients. My burger was accompanied by chips made from processed potatoes for example.

Liked: The hotel is very close to the terminal and everything in it is meant to make your (usually) very short stay less uncomfortable.
Disliked: The humidity in the building was very high. It was 30 C in my room, in mid October. The room has air conditioning options, but they are still limited.The breakfast was minimalistic, less choices than usually expected.

Overall very good value for...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent a good choice of items. Staff very efficient.Comfy bed in a very nice room.Location of hotel perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Soft seating area nearest breakfast room was very stained .
