Handy and short walk from...

Liked: Breakfast, reasonable choice clean, tidy and plenty of tables and chairs.

Liked: Convenience for T4. Virtualls teabags very good. Staff very obliging abou escorting my daughter up the stairs as she doesn't use lifts. Good breakfast

Bad customer service not description...

Liked: Upon arrival I found out that the gym was an additional charge, and when I entered the room I couldn't find any drinking water anywhere.when I went downstairs to the reception, even after paying for the gym, on my first attempt to enter through the gym doors it didn't work, after which I went back to the reception to fix h the problem. When I got off the second time to the gym, the gym card didn't work again, good thing there was someone who came in after me so I could have access , in the morning when I had to check out I ask the receptionist to hold my bag until I have a breakfast, she didn't ask me for my room number just in case something happen and just told me leave the bags there

Stress free stay night before...

Liked: Overnight stay was booked for night before flight which was early the next morning. This then took the stress away from travelling in the rush hour to catch the flight.We would definitely do this again as hotel was lovely, breakfast was excellent and location was spot on - stress free too so thank you!
