Perfect for what we needed.

Liked: Breakfast was good with a great selection to choose from. The room was clean and comfy with plenty of towels and tea/coffee supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for tubes, food and park for the kids.
Disliked: Room was hard to navigate with sofa bed made up as space was tight otherwise it was good.

I love

Liked: Great location, near two tube stations (Hammersmith and Ravencourt Park), a lot of food options around, great breakfast too! The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: I have been woken up in the middle of the night due to fire alarm emergency and so we had to evacuate... But that wasn't the fault of the hotel, just a very unpleasant experience.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs, disabled parking excellent and staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Hot food was stale and tough, probably due to being on the hot plates too long. Only egg option was scrambled. Didn’t bother with breakfast on second day.One person even mentioned to us that his daughter couldn’t get her pancakes because the facility was empty and they didn’t want to top it up in case of wastage!!
