Liked: Location is good, breakfast is enough.
Disliked: Coffee cups were dirty at breakfast.The room which we stay was at front of the hotel so we heard all noises (luggage, people)

Liked: The room was clean. I had minor problems with the appliances in the room. Breakfast was great and the hotel location was excellent location to the transit system.
Disliked: I did not have any major dislikes at the facility.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the location was very useful for travelling into the city to explore
Disliked: The family rooms are tight for space (1 adult, two children) but we made it work. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Any longer than a couple of nights and I would say it wouldn't be suitable

Tight but Comparative Value for...

Liked: Value for your money in comparison for what was on offer around London. The fact that there was breakfast included, when you are a family with kids traveling thats a plus. Neighbourhood was pretty safe, with convenience stores, bars, subway, dominos pizza, savers, around the corner and a decent pub attached to the hotel. Allowed us to check in early and also leave our bags for two nights when we went to Scotland.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny especially if you are a family of 4. No space for 4 suitcases. No space to have the sofa bed opened and move around in the room. Breakfast definitely needs a rotational variety. Staff were nice. They were smiling and accommodating for the London which was a big plus.
