Liked: The location wasn’t as close as I originally thought when I researched the distance between Eventim Apollo.
Disliked: The room was absolutely not worth £140

Great location but poor sound...

Liked: It's in a great location walking distance to plenty of decent eating places and a high street.It has reasonably priced on-site parking (first come basis).
Disliked: We could hear the bar that is underneath, at around 10.30 we rang reception and asked when closing time was to be told it will only get louder as they spill out onto the patio. We asked to be moved and they made that much of a drama out of it asking us to check out and check back in. Annoying when I specifically asked in advance for a top floor quiet room as my friend was having major surgery the next day.

Liked: The location is great. A 5-10 min walk from Hammersmith station in the West end of London. A lot of pubs and restaurants around. Easy access into central London and to and from Heathrow. It’s connected to a Wetherspoons pub that seems to be open very early and pretty late, a cheaper pint in London you are unlikely to find. Good place to start and finish your night. Near to a bunch of theatres if thats what you’re in town for, Chelsea and Fulham football stadiums are just a short bus ride away. Breakfast was great, with cooked English style options like bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Coffee is terrible mind you, the machine just uses instant coffee powder….I’m sure they could stretch to a proper coffee machine that uses freshly ground beans.
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast…..instant coffee….really??The water pressure of the shower….just too weak. I like my showers to be hot and the water strong.

Disliked: Our initial check in was terrible with a girl who was rude and clearly didn’t want to be working there

Disliked: Receptionist needs training. Even heard her swearing like crazy on a private call in front of my kids . Rest of the staff was good
